How are the participants parked ? Are they parked sequentially in the order they arrive, or are there areas for the different class' to park together. I ask this because I may come down with a group and we would try to stay together if parked in order as arrived or preregister together. Thanks
Ron, As the show Registrar our plan is to park mostly by order of arrival. If you are coming down as a group we request that you meet up ahead of time and go through registration together. However, if your group lets me know your request for parking ahead of time I can work on making sure I have a section set aside for your group that I can work with the parking staff to make sure everyone is taken care of. Please make sure your group lets me know on the registration form or via email what club affiliation they have and I will try my best to accommodate your request. There is extra room in the mall parking lot for you to meet up before going through registration. I will be sending out instructions to those pre-registered on the flow of classification and registration a couple weeks before the show.
FUN_STNG, I am the newly elected VP of The Garden State Region Mustang Club and at last hand count we had 15 members going to your show. We will be arriving Thursday. As we get closer I'll ask questions. Thanks for holding the show! All I Want To Doooo, ooooo, oooo
Bill, Not a problem. I have received a lot of registrations from The Garden State Region Mustang Club and look forward to meeting all of you. Don't hesitate to contact me at any time. 2010 National Show Registrar (757) 621-8787 -email-
FUN_STNG, I'm trying to get my Son to join your club being I just sold him my 83 GLX. Bobby, Thanks for the offer. I asked Va. Beach Tourism for the left over 2009 visitors' guide but I didn't get an answer. When I was down last I cleaned out the hotel's supply. I just wanted our non-computer owners to get a chance to see what's in the area. I hope someone remembers and send up about 30. Can't wait! All I Want To Doooo, ooooo, oooo
You'll have mentioned visitor guides in your goodie bags when you check in. If you still want them ahead of time I will see what I can do. send me an email at -email-. See you on Thursday at Gordon Biersch.
Here ya go Irene. Division II – Concours Driven 1964 ½ – 2000 Car as it was delivered to the original owner without modifications Reproduction parts are acceptable for restoration as long as they fit, look and function like the original OEM parts Ford factory accessories or accessories advertised in the Ford accessories book If entered in a normal Concours Driven Class, must be driven to and from national shows, from the owner’s home of record. Burden of proof is the owner’s responsibility* A special “PS” class is available for owners to trailer their car to a National Show. This class was created to help draw more participation from owner’s that might not want to drive their car a long distance for any number of reasons. Cars shown in the PS class are cars that would normally be entered in Concours Driven. They are judged the same as regular Concours Driven, but put in a separate class. There is no mileage limitation and PS is limited to 1964 ½ – 1978 cars.
